EATAP - leading the way on international apprenticeships

The EATAP project brings together a European partnership of apprenticeship educators in Vocational Educational Training, Higher Education and in private and public sectors to design an innovative transnational training model for apprenticeships in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) sectors.

Through the development and delivery of the European Talent Programme the project draws on existing and new apprenticeship pathways, stimulating innovation in apprenticeship delivery through internationalising apprenticeship provision; transferring knowledge and best practices; enhancing apprenticeship focused working practices; advancing company-led project based learning and promoting staff CPD to embed innovative provision.

Target group: Private sector employers and their apprentices - demonstrating a return on investment to international apprenticeship programmes. Supporting apprenticeships with skills for a global economy including - language, project management, business operations, leadership and management. VET staff are also a target group - to re-educate in project based learning techniques and examples for the growing internationalisation of apprenticeships.
